Experience & Activities
Remi Dairo is the Founder and Chair of the IPBIM America Strategic Council, and the driving force behind the organization’s mission to make productivity and business innovation a lived reality — not just a concept — for individuals, communities, and organizations across the United States and Africa. With over two decades of experience coaching leaders, advising governments, and building institutions on two continents, Remi brings both the vision and the practical wisdom to make that mission stick. At the heart of his work is the CAPACITY Model — a framework built around eight core capacity variables that treats human performance as dynamic, restorable, and coachable. It powers his SAFE and PATH coaching programs, which guide high-achieving leaders through burnout recovery and sustainable performance — not as a retreat from ambition, but as a smarter, more intentional way to sustain it.
His work has always started with people. From the executives he has helped recover from burnout, to the students and entrepreneurs he has equipped with tools to perform at their best, Remi’s approach is grounded in one belief: that when people are given the right systems and the right support, they are capable of extraordinary things. As a certified Scrum Master and Product Owner, he brings a systems-thinking lens to everything he builds — and in an era where AI is accelerating the pace of work faster than most people are designed to absorb, his conviction is clear: technology should extend human capacity, not replace it. His frameworks are built for people who want to move fast and last long. That same belief is what IPBIM America was built on, and it is what continues to shape every program, partnership, and initiative we pursue.
