Leon Bian is Vice President of Product Management for AI & Data Security at Capital One Software, where he leads the strategy and development of enterprise data security solutions that enable organizations to securely adopt AI, modernize data platforms, and share data with confidence. With more than 20 years of experience across cybersecurity, fintech, artificial intelligence, big data, blockchain, and wireless technologies, Leon has built and scaled products used by millions of customers worldwide.

Before joining Capital One, Leon led cybersecurity product management at Intuit, helping protect sensitive data for more than 100 million customers. He also co-founded Fanglr and helped scale Graphite Software from an early-stage startup to a platform deployed on over 150 million smartphones globally. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at LG Electronics, Motorola, Dell EMC, and IDEX Biometrics.

Leon holds a master’s degree in management and engineering from MIT.
