Dr. Joanne Frederick, also known as Dr, J  is a distinguished educator, mental health professional, author, entrepreneur, and international pageant titleholder serving as Mrs. Unity World USA 2025–2026. She is a 33 year member of Iota Phi Lambda Sorority Inc., the CEO and Lead Mental Health Therapist of her private practice, a university professor, and a passionate advocate for mental health awareness, women’s empowerment, leadership development, and community service.

With a commitment to helping individuals and families thrive, Dr. J has dedicated her career to empowering others through counseling, education, mentorship, and public speaking. Her work focuses on promoting emotional wellness, resilience, self-confidence, and personal growth among youth and adults alike.

As Mrs. Unity World USA, Dr. J will proudly represent the United States on the international stage in Lucknow India in September  while championing her platform, We R.I.S.E. (Rejuvenate, Inspire, Support, and Enlighten). Through this initiative, she encourages individuals to recognize their worth, overcome obstacles, embrace wellness, and pursue lives filled with purpose and possibility.
