The skills gap won't close itself. Help us close it in Houston, one cohort at a time.

IPBIM America equips individuals and communities with productivity, innovation, and future-of-work skills — through education, research, and applied training that builds real workforce readiness and economic opportunity.

Houston

Building our first local cohort

"People aren't losing jobs to AI; they're losing jobs to people who know how to use AI."

Why It Matters

AI is moving faster than the systems meant to prepare people for it

Education systems are not keeping pace with how fast AI is changing the nature of work. The people most exposed to that gap are usually the ones with the least access to training that could close it: underserved communities, youth, and workers in the middle of a career change.

IPBIM America exists to make that training practical, applied, and accessible — not theoretical, and not gated behind a four-year degree or an enterprise training budget.

Every dollar given funds a seat in a program, not overhead. We are early in building our Houston presence, and every gift right now goes directly toward proving this model locally so we can responsibly scale it.

Choose the kind of support that fits you

One-Time Gift

Fund a seat, a session, or a piece of our Houston pilot directly. Every amount has a use — there’s no minimum that “doesn’t count.”

Recurring gifts let us plan further out and commit to a full cohort cycle instead of funding session by session.

Corporate & Foundation Giving

Sponsor a cohort, fund a specific program track, or explore a grant relationship aligned to your funding priorities.

Where It Goes

TeamHow we plan to use general support today

We're an early-stage U.S. nonprofit. This reflects current program intent, not a multi-year audited average — we'll publish real figures as our Houston operating history builds.

Administration

All revenue, including donations, is reinvested in mission activities. No portion funds executive bonuses or shareholder return — IPBIM America is a nonprofit public charity.

Current Priority

Right now, your gift funds our first Houston pilot

Youth Executive Function & Future Readiness Program

A pilot cohort for ages 14–22, designed to build real future-of-work and executive function skills — and to generate the impact data we need to bring larger funders and institutional partners to the table.

  • Funds facilitator time, curriculum delivery, and materials for the pilot cohort
  • Generates outcome data used in grant applications to funders like the Texas Workforce Commission and Houston Endowment
  • Builds the local proof point IPBIM America needs before pursuing larger institutional partnerships
